We are Akira

Akira is a collaboration between a legal services and a consultancy firm that specializes in Legal, Governance and Corporate Services.

Our name, derived from the Japanese language meaning “bright, clear and ideal”, describes our mantra – to be the lamp that illuminates the path for corporates and businesses that desire to have the best legal and governance practices.

Our team is made up of highly qualified legal experts, certified secretaries, and certified governance auditors, with extensive experience spanning 20 years in the East African Region.

At Akira, we endeavor to put a human face to legal, audit and corporate processes by listening to our clients’ needs and translating them into workable solutions for their everyday activities.
